In 2013, Jon Schull saw a YouTube video featuring the Ivan Owen’s 3D printed mechanical hand and posted a comment inviting people interested in making these devices to put themselves on a shared Google map. This led to the creation of the e-NABLE Google+ volunteer community. He is an active volunteer, speaker and leader in the e-NABLE community and runs an e-NABLE Chapter in Rochester NY.
