KNICK FINGER

This 3d printable prosthetic finger design is ideal for those missing two finger segments, though it can be configured for either 2 or 1 knuckles. Many options are configurable, so with the right measurements and tweaking it should be adaptable to most people’s needs – though it takes some trial and error to get a perfect fit.

Designed by Nick Brookins, from scratch in OpenSCAD, it’s about 1400 lines of carefully written code. There are a lot more settings that are hidden, if you really want to tweak.

This is a multi-part customizer model. You can preview the whole thing,or individual parts. When you create it, you will get an STL for each individual part. Make sure you use parts from a complete set, as many of the parameters affect multiple parts in the model.
